## Definitions

- **Application:** A single data source with one or more endpoints (e.g., a NetSuite instance with one or more APIs). A second NetSuite tenant or a separate Salesforce instance is billed as an additional application.
- **Customer:** A single billing entity with one or more tenants and locations.
- **Endpoint:** A specific access method (API, SFTP folder, email, or SQL database connection) within an application.
- **Storage destination:** Where your data lands — AWS S3, Azure Blob and SQL, Snowflake, or other SQL databases.

It includes unlimited data pipelines, unlimited data volume, all source types (APIs, SFTP, email, SQL databases, cloud storage, SharePoint), all destinations (S3, Azure Blob, GCS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL), data quality validation, schema management, and multi-geo support.

### Do you charge per row or per pipeline?

No. DataStori uses flat per-application pricing at $250/month. Data volume and number of pipelines are not metered, so costs do not grow with usage. Cloud infrastructure to run pipelines is paid directly to your cloud provider.

### Is there a free trial?
